The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ LadderRite® 0-5 Year USD Corporate Bond Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. and foreign investment grade corporate bonds that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of fixed income securities with a yield curve based upon remaining effective terms to maturity of five years or less.
